From Boston - According to research in the Archives of Internal Medicine, vitamin D deficiency may be linked to increased cold risk. In a study of nearly 19000 people, researchers found that those with vitamin D levels lower than 10 ng/mL were 36% more likely to have had a cold recently than those with levels of at least 30 ng/mL.
