From Boston - According to research in the journal Neurology, migraines may be linked to changes in weather. In a study of over 7000 people, researchers found that for a 5 degree Celsius increase in temperature there was a 7.5% increase in acute risk of headache. Lower barometric pressure was also associated with an increased risk of headache, but to a lesser extent.
