Harvey V. Fineberg, MD, PhD, President of the Institute of Medicine in Washington, DC, tells us how much of what fish we should and should not eat. Seafood is the source of most omega-3 fatty acids in our diet. Seafood may, however, contain contaminants. Pregnant women should be especially cautious. IOM offers three basic recommendations.
